Ok guys, this is a break from the photos of Netherlands. This is an old panorama made from three photos (you may remember the photo of the sun casting its rays through the clouds only, it was that morning). The town you can see in the foreground is Roviano, 1365 inhabitants (beautiful in winter when covered with snow!). I'm submitting this piece just now because I'm trying to enter in a fancy contest made by *forfie, a great fella who had a wicked idea: a contest for photos unsubmitted and older than 6 months.

Unfortunately this is a panorama, so EXIF infos are not preserved, but you can take a look at Transcending Darkness to have an idea of how old it is (besides, I couldn't really cheat so much since 6 months ago I still had only my Fuji with me! ).

Though the contest requires some "fancy editing", here I couldn't touch much since the quality of the photo was on the short side (especially after getting used with my D80 performances), but I tweaked the sky a bit using a software color gradual filter (coral I suppose) and some curves layers. Hope it'll be enough!
