Walk thousands miles
to grasp the istant... hear the curtains fold and let the eyes of your heart open. This is how photographers see. Photographers of course, not me!  At least not yet!  -[  ]-[]-----------------------------------------------------------------Edit: thanks to the help and suggestions of my friend and fellow photographer =nasht-01 I managed to understand what I was taking wrong with this picture! It was really obvious you know, but until other pairs of eyes see what you're seeing everyday you can't really manage to be objective, can you? "Contrast", of course! it seems so obvious to me now, but without his help I would have probably ended not retouching this piece again. I'm happy enough with the final results, but I'm just starting to understand b&w, so the road is still very long. I hope you'll like the updated version as well.  Mmmmhh... I'm really feeling in the mood of B&W! I'm telling you about this on the next journal update I'm working on right now! This guy, "the photographer", is my friend Luigi, and this shot was taken right after the other shot I uploaded We'll be here.... It was a magnificent sunset, and don't ask me why I wouldn't keep the beautiful colors of sundown! I just felt this photo had the need of distracting less with the environment focusing more on the subject and the composition. I hope I've been succesful with that! This is an HDR made from three exposures (EV -2, 0 ,+2).
